John Goerlitz knows network marketing from the ground up. He started at the bottom
and committed himself to mastering the skills necessary for being highly successful
in this business. Now he is one of the top income earners in his company. He not
only applies his skills consistently in his own business, but he also helps others do
the same thing.

I had operated a small business for years, but I knew almost nothing about network
marketing. John introduced me to the value of the product I marketed, coached
me in developing a winning mindset, encouraged me in overcoming my limitations,
and guided me in developing the skills I needed to learn. Although I’m old enough
to be his dad, I respect and value his wisdom and insight. He has keen
understanding about how to help me reach my potential. He always makes me
feel like I’m important to him and he’s glad towork with me. I call him every week
for a mentoring session.

You know the saying, if you help enough people get what they want, they will
help you get what you want. John is a great example of applying this
philosophy in his life. His success indicates the value he has added to many
people’s lives, including mine.

I can’t begin to tell you what a pleasure it’s been to work with John! I have been with Usana for one year now and have been blown away with how helpful he has been. He possesses an incredible amount of knowledge and experience in this business.

John has been such an encouragement to me as I’m trying to grow as an associate. He seems to have experienced just about every scenario out there which makes it so easy to trust him. He has a talent for helping people create a game plan that works for them. He stays in constant contact with me to offer his encouragement and advice. John’s passion and work ethic are contagious and that’s why I think the sky is the limit for him in this business!

I have known John for over 16 years and I have worked with him and USANA for the past 3 years.  One thing you notice right away with John is that he leads by example.  If you have a question he will make sure that he sets time aside to give his full attention to answer what you need.   Having access to an experienced leader that has the drive and enthusiasm in their business is a great motivator.  You know right away that John likes what he does and it is contagious.  As an entrepreneur he is constantly thinking of new ways to help expand our business reach and help others.    I smart leader knows how to teach and share their insight with others.   John is an expert in doing both.    If you are looking to have an edge in starting your own USANA business I highly recommend working with John and his experienced team.

John and I have been business partners since 2004 and over the years I am proud to see him develop and grow as a leader. One of John’s strengths is his dedication to his team and clients. Once John decides to work with a new partner or client, he puts in tremendous time and effort to make sure that person succeeds. I have personally witnessed John spend countless hours communicating and training that person to become successful. The level of support that John provides is vast. On a personal 1 to 1 level, John provides his clients with personal visits, 24
hour access via telephone and online consultations. On a larger group level, John is a proven speaker and has conducted group training sessions in different countries. I believe John’s own personal success comes from being able to help so many people improve their lives. I am very proud to have him as a partner.

As a former vice president in human resources for a large financial institution, I’ve witnessed the devastating effects of mergers and downsizing. I knew that job security was a thing of the past and that I needed some kind of back-up plan in case I was the next to be let go. Despite a hectic work schedule, I started working on a home-based business part-time.

John Goerlitz was my coach and showed me how to fit this business into my already hectic work schedule. Although I knew nothing about running a small business of my own, he provided me with the mentoring that I needed to succeed. The one-on-one training sessions, webinars, and phone calls all helped me get to where I am today. Without John’s support, there is no way I would have survived being laid off. However, when I was let go from my corporate job in 2008, I had already started generating enough income from my home business that I didn’t need to go back and work for someone else. Now I have the time and freedom to pursue my passions, and I have John to thank for a large part of that!

John Goerlitz has been a tremendous influence on me personally, and in the rapid development of my USANA business. I knew of John’s reputation as a leader and teacher months before I met him in August 2009, just prior to the USANA International Convention. I was invited to a team training event sponsored by John and my up-line. My decision to attend this training was a great one. John’s unique USANA business experiences, presentation confidence, product knowledge, and superb teaching skills where instrumental in my early development. He has remained easily accessible to me since that time, just an e-mail or phone call away. 2010 is already a great USANA year for me, and I owe much of my success to the wonderful support and advice of an involved, genuinely caring upline. Thanks John Goerlitz for being there for me and my USANA business.

The past two years have been a real challenge for me and my family. My parents lost a 20 year old furniture biz when the economy crashed, and became our dependents. With two kids already, the burden was huge!

After a thorough search, I found USANA, a company that not only provides opportunities to build a dependable income, it has a great product line that has really worked to improve my health, and the health of those I touch

What a blessing being part of your team has been for me!

Thank you John, for spending your time, teaching me what I need to know, to be successful! You have always been there to answer my questions, you knew just what tools I needed to get the job done, and you gave me inspiration to keep going no matter how difficult it seemed. I will be forever grateful you spent your time with me, when I needed it most.

I look forward to a better future for me and my family because I met you.

John is a great friend, and a great business man, and since I Joined USANA in January 2012 he has supported me every step of the way. Firstly John helped me to build my customer base, and then to build my business by seeking new opportunities each day and each month. After he returned from the USANA International Convention 2012, I was off to London 2012, after these events we had many of tales to share, and both came out with one key objective businesses are built on reputations, Good reputations keep the businesses going.

Since meeting John, I have been building my business, developing the customer service, and developing in myself. I also sometimes see everyone looking at me for change because I am the youngest member of John’s team at the small age of 20. However I don’t let this stop me I make this more of an opportunity to work harder, and I know every step of the way John is only a phone call away to help me with my dreams.
If I could sum John up in one sentence I would have to say “John is passionate, supportive and a great team player.

I first spoke to John in February 2007. Since that day he has willingly mentored, coached, trained and supported me in my business. For that I want to thank him wholeheartedly, especially for his professionalism, but most of all I thank him for his friendship. He has been the pillar in my business building, both when times were high and when times were low.

His guidance and encouragement has helped me to become a leader, his profound success is the guiding light I aim to follow and in turn become a leader such as him. I look forward to continue being a part of his team and to help and lead others to achieve what they so desire.

What can one say about those that always make themselves available. The phrase “In business for yourself, but not by yourself” should have the name, John Goerlitz attached to it. John is as consistent in his mentoring and training as he is in his own business. His ever expanding international business grows because he continues to express interest, spending time, working with and for those on his team. I will ever be grateful for the help, and training, but most of all the deep friendship that we have shared since we first met in 2004. Thank You John G, you are much appreciated.

I have worked with John Goerlitz for four years now and since I first met him he has always lived up to the title of friend and mentor. John taught me how to be effective in my business and how to be effective in my relationships with others, which has helped me grow in every area of my life. He has always cared about me and my family and has always gone the extra mile. If I were to pick his most notable trait, it would be that he is able to see the potential in someone and help them bring it out. I feel blessed to know John Goerlitz.

While filling my pre-medical requisites during undergraduate school I realized there is a difference between security and freedom and that just because you have one doesn’t mean you have the other. I remember when I was volunteering for doctors I would watch them come in early in the morning and leave late in the evening day after day. Yes these doctors made lots of money, lived in nice homes, and drove nice cars, but they also spent most of their time and energy on work. It didn’t take much of watching this before I realized I wanted to find something that would provide me with both the financial security and the time freedom to do what I wanted WHEN I WANTED.

After spending over $8,000 dollars on programs and seminars I finally found John Goerlitz and USANA. I still remember when I first spoke with John on the phone 2½ years ago. I was a young, inexperienced, and broke college stud
ent who had a long list of debts and a negative bank account balance. I was working 2 jobs and attending college full-time and was tired of it.

Right away I realized that this was different than anything else that I have ever done. The best way to describe it was that IT WAS REAL. I was talking to real people who were building a real business and had a real interest in making sure I succeeded.

The last 2½ years have not been easy, I have had challenges and obstacles just like everybody does. Am I a millionaire now? No. Do I work for 30 minutes every other day and spend the rest of my time doing whatever I want. No. I do however operate a real business that produces a real income while most of my college friends are still trying to find jobs in this bad economy, and I don’t have to get up at a certain time and drive to a certain location everyday to do it. I work on my own hours and work from wherever I want. 2½ years ago I had never been on a plane. Since then I have been to 4 new countries and been to 11 new domestic states because of my business.

I would tell anybody reading this that you should give John a call and make your own decision. There is no charge and I am sure you will see how REAL this business is just like I did. One last thing for those people who don’t like to get on the phone and talk with new people I urge you to do so anyways. I used to be one of those people but life has been so much more rewarding since I changed.

$93,000 is the average yearly income for an established, full-time USANA Associate. $24,500 is the annual average of those who earned as little as one commission check each month. Total includes all earnings from the Compensation Plan, Leadership Bonus, Matching Bonus, contests, and incentives. Calculations based on earnings for fiscal year 2009. Figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections of actual earnings, which result only from consistent, successful sales efforts. To be considered in a rank?s earnings, Associates must have earned checks at a median rank for at least 20 weeks. According to results from an in-house survey taken between 2004 and 2006, the primary reason 17% of USANA independent business owners join the company is to improve their financial future. 21% of that group earns a check at least once a month. Of those whose primary reason is to earn enough to replace a full-time income, 90% have been Associates for at least one year and 57% are full-time Gold Directors and above. The number of Gold Directors and above who have maxed at least 1 Business Center during the year equals less than 1% of all Associates. Those earning as little as one check a month equal approximately 3% of all Associates. If you include all 165,710 with the title of Associate, which includes Associates not actively building a business (acting as wholesale buyers), Associates who just joined, (as little as one day), and those who are just beginning to build their customer base, the average yearly income is still $616.71 with nearly one in three earning a check. To date, USANA has more than 140 Associates who are lifetime Million Dollar Club members.
